Safe Harbor Membership

Safe Harbor Marinas reserves the right to change Membership terms at any time without notice.
Members agree to be bound by Membership rules, terms & conditions.

Safe Harbor Membership runs from February 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027 and benefits are redeemable during the 12-month period. Benefits begin on the slip/storage license agreement start date.
To become a Safe Harbor Member you must:
- Have a signed slip/storage license agreement within the 12-month period. Short term transient contracts do not qualify for Safe Harbor Membership.
- Have vessel insurance on file that meets Safe Harbor’s requirements.

- Who are over 60-days past due in payments owed to the company.
- Who repeatedly fail to comply with any Safe Harbor policy.

Complimentary Transient Nights:
- Complimentary transient nights are subject to availability at Safe Harbor’s sole discretion.
- Complimentary transient stay consists of a maximum of 3 consecutive nights.
- Exclusively for Members’ vessel(s) listed in the slip/storage license agreement.
- No-shows or late cancellations may result in suspension of Member benefits.

Fuel At Our Cost Pricing:*
- Applies only at Safe Harbor operated fuel docks.
- Exclusively for Members’ vessel(s) listed in the slip/storage license agreement.
- Not valid for commercial operators and cannot be combined with negotiated volume discounts.

Member Experiences & Discounts:
- Receive invitations and gain access to exclusive Member experiences throughout the network.
- Receive 10% off merchandise at Safe Harbor operated retail locations; discount does not apply to service work or parts sales.

- Personalized assistance navigating the Safe Harbor network.
- Visit shmarinas.com/membership-concierge to contact Membership Concierge.

Newly acquired Safe Harbor properties and their customers are subject to a 90-day onboarding period during which Membership benefits are not available.
