We are new to SH Stingray Point this year. The marina is quiet, off the beaten path, close to the mouth of the ChesBay Atlantic entry, and quaint. The facilities are very nice and the staff knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. We've only experienced one other marina with these features in the years we've owned our sailboat. We love it here!

Deltaville Ballpark

Play ball! This impressive historical venue has been hosting small town baseball since 1948 and is Virginia’s oldest all-wooden baseball stadium. In addition to baseball and softball games, a number other fun events are hosted in the stadium throughout the year, so be sure to check the latest schedule before your visit.

Deltaville Maritime Museum & Holly Point Nature Park

Take a fascinating dive into the history of Middlesex County, Virginia at the Deltaville Maritime Museum. Exhibits trace the impact of a 35-million-year-old meteorite on the surrounding geography and continue all the way to the modern wooden boat building industry in the 19th and early 20th centuries. The museum is surrounded by the beautiful Holly Point Nature Park, which showcases some of the indigenous flora and fauna and is open for guests to wander and explore.

Deltaville Tap & Raw Bar

This local gem is proudly situated on a dock overlooking the bay and is a popular gathering place for live music, fresh oysters, and cold drinks. The menu features everything from small bites and handhelds to a wide selection of local seafood, including oysters, mussels, shrimp, clams, and crawfish. With a lively ambiance and excellent service, you can’t go wrong with this spot for your next family meal.

Merroir Tasting Room

Located on the banks of the Rappahannock River, this lively spot for enjoying fresh local oysters is truly something special. The restaurant is supplied by the Rappahannock Oyster Company, which grows and harvests oysters for all its dining locations. At the Merroir Tasting Room, guests enjoy raw and grilled preparations served small-plate-style with fresh local ingredients that change with the seasons. Paired with craft brews and a selection of excellent wines, dining at this spot always leaves a lasting impression.
