The cuisine here is delicious as it is varied, with casual options like fried baskets, flatbreads and sandwiches as well as fresh seafood, pasta, house smoked ribs, and much more. Mila’s serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and features both indoor and outdoor seating options.
Located on the mouth of the Tampa Bay, this incredible wildlife refuge also serves as a cultural and historical sanctuary for the area’s storied past. Designated on the National Register of Historic Places, the Egmont Key played an important role in Florida’s Seminole Indian Wars, the Civil War, and the Spanish-American War. It also functions as the delicate ecosystem for nesting sea turtles, tortoises, and over 30,000 nesting pairs of birds. Visitors to the park can enjoy a number of activities including wildlife watching, birding, boating, fishing, hiking, snorkeling, and boating.

Located in Bradenton, The Bishop Museum of Science and Nature is the largest natural history museum in Florida and features exhibitions that trace the Gulf region’s development from the prehistoric era to today. The Reef and Grill is located on the ground floor and features casual dining options for lunch, dinner, and brunch on Sundays. The Snook Deck is Riverhouse’s own waterfront patio bar serving up cold drinks and small bites with live entertainment on the weekends. The Second Floor, open for dinner only on Friday and Saturday, offers guests a top shelf experience with waterfront views, live piano music, and indoor seating only. The menu revolves around inspiring chef-forward dishes and reservations are recommended.
