Channel Islands National Park
Encompassing five islands, a visit to this sprawling national park is the perfect antidote to the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Hike, camp, snorkel. kayak, birdwatch, or just relax and enjoy the stunning scenery–this is a nature lover’s paradise. A quick word to the wise: be prepared ahead of time. Check out the island conditions before setting sail and make sure to pack what you need–there are no shops or food services in the park.
Island Packers Tours & Whale Watching
Serving as the official boating service for Channel Islands State Park, Island Packers has been trusted by visiting sightseers since 1968. Nature lovers will enjoy viewing the abundant animal life in the channel waters or taking a special whale watching or birding trip to catch a glimpse of the remarkable species that make their home here. Summer dinner cruises are also available and are the perfect way to spend an evening on the water.
